My passion for people to soar to their greatness spills into my business coaching practice. I have found an “innovative way” to market companies without bumping into brick walls!
As an entrepreneur myself, I am in the trenches daily while working with my City of Phoenix clients and private clients around the country. Relationships are at the core of how I conduct consulting, marketing and publishing services for my clients. I learn from their desire to advance and tackle the heartbu that can arise and I’m there with them for the wins, too!
I left two large corporations (technology and financial services) that wasted more money than many small businesses have as an annual marketing budget. I knew there was a brighter path for me to make a contribution and be true to my value of lifelong learning. That’s why I am dedicated to simplifying the marketing process and “shortening the learning curves™” of the leaders and owners.
Coaching offers a unique perspective of standing in someone’s moccasins. I walk alongside my clients holding the focus on their future and goals. Clients and I don’t waste time in the past; it provides a starting point.
One client said I focus on the soul of the business and bring that essence into the marketing process. I agree. These connections make for solid business adventures.

The Benevolent Business Person Phenomenon
Today's chaotic world produced a phenomenon—the benevolent business person. The wealthiest people on the planet like Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett are giving away their fortunes through their foundations. On a smaller scale, you may be considering to offer your time and expertise to an organization as community service. From my involvement in corporate giving, a few items come to mind to consider: 1. It is important to know the nature of the charity's work. How do your values align with the work?

How to get started
When seeking a coach, you are entering a sacred, intimate relationship. Coaching will challenge you and ask the most of you when you have the right coach for you. Coaching points you toward the future without rehashing the past. As Leo G. Carroll's Cheshire Cat once said, "What difference does it matter your direction if you don't know where you are going?"
