Each of us in our own ways are faced on a daily basis with events that cause our hearts to race, adrenalin to flow giving rise to the “flight or fight” response of stress. While a little stress is healthy too much can cause illness, affect our immune systems and if left unattended to for long periods it can cause more serious illness such as heart disease, digestive problems to name just a few. I am a firm believe that if stress is managed properly we are on our way to a more peaceful and happy life so I’ve put together some practical tips which can help to manage your levels of stress
