Talent, It's not just in the Eye of the Beholder
Talent. We know you have it, we know you got what it takes, but if we can't see it, hear it or live it, you don't have. Period. Kind of sucks doesn't it? So what are you going to do about it? Are you going to do what you have been doing thus far? Are you going to stick your toe in and jerk it back if the circumstances aren't 'just right'? Are you going to lean in, take a sniff, and screw up your facial expression if the smell is a little 'off'?

Don't Be Afraid to Talk About Your Business
Holy crap, I can't believe the number of women that are afraid to talk about their business. It's astonishing and downright shameful. How is anyone going to know about you and your business if you don't tell them? A lot of women aren't good at talking about themselves, me included. It must be that nurturing side of us, the part of us that takes care of other people before we take care of ourselves. This is an area we could and should be more like men. But believe me, when it comes to talking about Women in Business, there is no shutting me up.

How Loud is Your Little Voice?
I often get asked by others, why did I become a Coach. Well I have many answers to that question. I used to think that the reasons why were all separate from each other but I have come to realize that my life experiences are all intertwined and have resulted me having to be a Coach. I am the poster child of ‘been there, done that’.

Compounding success - 1 step a time
One step. Two step. Three step more. Get what I am trying to say? One STEP at a time. It’s called the Compound Effect. The compound effect is based on this simple idea; slow and steady wins the race. It’s the principle by which you will reap huge rewards through a series of small and smart choices. The compound effect is not a new phenomenon. As the saying goes, Rome wasn’t built in a day. If you ‘live in the moment’, you may struggle with this as the moments can be painful. If you are a forward thinker, you’re golden. A past dweller…I won’t even go there.

We All Need Someone in Our Corner
Coaching is a partnership. A coach works with you, to help you gain the clarity to define your goals and priorities. She points out the obstacles you face, especially the ones that everyone else can see but, somehow, you can't. She shows how you often "get in your own way". She makes it easier for you to move forward. So why do I need a coach?
