Rabison Shumba is an author, motivational speaker, life coach and business consultant. He authored "The Greatness Manual" as well as "Fountain of Inspiration Vol. 1 and 2". He also co-authored "101 Great Ways to enhance your career" together with 100 Career Experts. Rabison founded the Greatness Factory Trust, an organization through which he is helping to mentor and coach young people to achieve success. His trust works with disadvantaged school children supporting them with school fees and general livelihood. He speaks about success, leadership, motivation and inspiration. Rabison is well traveled having been to Asia, America, United Kingdom and all over Africa. He is married to Jacqueline and they have two children. They reside in Harare, Zimbabwe, Southern Africa.

Greatness remains a birthright for every living human being. Your greatness is guaranteed and without question or negotiation. The capacity to dream is built in and grafted to everyone at the point of conception. This function is enabled more as you arrive on earth and become aware of what could be, possibilities and opportunities as well as potential obstacles that you face in the process called growth and experience. It sometimes does not necessarily need to be documented for your to behave in a certain way. The ambiance communicates the expectations to you. This is a questionnaire that you carry throughout life which acts as a guideline or compass on how your life must run. There are common statements which our human nature naturally gravitates towards at the expense of progress and tasks at hand.
