Hi, my name's Ricky,
I am a self help/ personal development enthusiast. I first was inspired to learn more on these topics just 3 years ago when I decided I needed new direction in my life.
I come from very humble beginnings and a somewhat traumatic adolesence. As I approached the age of 30 I decided I want more out of life, if you're reading this I'm sure you can relate to that.
The problem for me was I didn't know where to start, my life was a mess, criminal records, drug abuse, and a general attitude of recklessness towards life.
My first turning point was venturing into online marketing and social media where I established an online presence, this did however take 2 long years of solid commitment (10-16 hr days, 7 days a week, no kidding).
During the first 6 months online I grew more and more interested in personal development and self help. Taking to cychiatry and a little pschology to help me address my own problems. This of course naturally led into the field of personal development.
I soon become engrossed and realized I was in charge of my own life and that I was the only one who could make the lasting changes I longed for. So I committed whole heartedly to establishing myself in these areas online and was inspired to help like minded individuals to achieve more in their lives and overcome their mental barriers that are holding them back.
The last year in particular has seen my presence grow exponantially online. Nothing satisfies me more than recieving mail in my inbox from readers, followers, subscribers and so on stating they have taken inspired action from my material.
I'm very humble with my turn around and new attitude towards life. It is my belief that we are all created equally and that YOU are just as capable of following in my footsteps and that of your piers.
Mindset Matters.. That saying is so true, always take action, even if imperfect action. You will surely get to your end destination.
