Roe Teed

I live in Melbou e, Australia with my husband and 3 children, aged 15, 14 and 13 years.

For over twenty years, I have worked with and alongside teenagers and their families from all walks of life, primarily as an educator and a leader with diverse organisations.

My experience includes working with children and teenagers who have experienced horrific sexual abuse, domestic violence, homelessness, mental health issues, judicial custody, prostitution and drugs, often before the age of 10.

My passion, dedication and commitment to ‘everyone can contribute to this world regardless of their current circumstances’, and being a student of personal development for many years, led me to establish my company, Unlock Your Potential.

Unlock Your Potential takes pride in working with teenagers and their families.

Our mission is to support teenagers along their pathway to becoming adults; who want to make a difference in their own lives and the lives of others. We provide the keys to unlock the strengths and talents of every teenager, recognising that they are unique individuals. We offer advice to parents/carers so that they can enjoy this special time with their teenager. We create an extraordinary community, across the globe, where teenagers and their families come together to share and learn from each other.
