A Place of Inspiration

A Place of Inspiration
“I have found that sitting in a place where you have never sat before can be inspiring” – Dodie Smith. How profound this quote is, especially in these times that appear so scary and confusing. What is going on with the American Dream? Has it turned into a nightmare? Is it time to reevaluate the dynamics of the dream?
This could be the best time for all of us to look at our lives from a different point of view. This could be the monumental moment -- to step back and look within our Selves to determine what reality has the most meaning and value to our lives at this challenging time. Could it be that all this current confusion and turmoil provides opportunities for all of us to dig deep into the depths of our souls and connect to the values and the fearlessness which is the very foundation of our spirits to overcome any and all adversities that come our way individually and together?
As huge as the challenges are, the determination of our Spirits is greater to invent new ways and new opportunities. Let’s tap into the passion and compassion of our Heart Chakras and infuse this powerful heart source to inspire our Selves and each other to new heights of ingenuity. Do this by being the clear connection to the source within your Self. Listen quietly to your heart. Turn off the chatter of your computer brain.
Vision your Self sitting in another place free of confusion and fear. Vision your Self feeling in your body what it is to be completely in charge of your life. Vision your heart’s desires being invented by you. Then express your Self through empowering words from your Throat Chakra in the language which supports you in actualizing your dream as the life you are choosing to live.
The vision of your soul, the insight of your Spirit and the unlimited energy of your Heart is a power triumvirate from which to change your life. Step up, design your dream life. You are the best. in fact, you are the ONLY person to do it. In challenging times, this is the best time to inspire your Self. From adversity comes inventiveness, comes ingenuity and comes newness. Implement the changes you desire to change. Ghandi… “Be the change you wish to see.” In the change you will automatically inspire others. It happens naturally.

Who is a True Guru? How to choose a Spiritual Guru?
Grave danger in uprooting a Guru Do not accept a known guru as guru, and if you do, then do not turn your back on him. Use a pot if you do not like him. The pot will not have any problems. What is the importance of Living Guru?
Questioner: If we surrender to the great souls that lived thousands of years ago, can that be considered surrender? Can we make any progress through such surrender or do we need to surrender to a living great man? Dadashri: You can progress even through Paroksha (indirectly- one not currently living). However if you find such a living (Pratyaksh) person, then your liberation will be instant. The indirect approach will give you the benefit of progress but there is no liberatio
