Share Ideas of Love and Watch it Grow In You
My earliest memory of “connecting” with Spiritual material was perhaps when I first read Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now. I couldn’t really explain it at the time, but his ideas spoke to something within me. The Spiritual text began to make sense on an experiential level. As I shared in his thoughts, it was as if the ideas took on a life inside. I was activated. The power of these shared ideas subsequently became the catalyst for a spiritual quest.

How Enlightenment Resides Within You
As I look back at my spiritual journey it is clear that my personal understanding of enlightenment has evolved. Early in my search I remember getting a glimpse of its promises through self-help and spiritual texts. I associated enlightenment with visions, specialness, power and bliss. It was all very attractive to the ego. What better way to aggrandize oneself than to achieve enlightenment? Hence I became a spiritual “seeker.”

Create the Perfect Day!
All of us at some point or another have been asked or we’ve asked the questio “How was your day?” Generally speaking people are well intended and ask out of their kind heartedness and concern. This is because this common question is very leading and we rush to answer it without much awareness.

How to Make the Most Out of Praying
I’ll never forget the sit, stand, kneel and pray routine I learned as a child at the St Dominic Church. Memories still fill my mind of being taught “how” to pray. Although with good intention, the church’s teaching was more about how to kneel and hold my hands together properly rather than the fostering of communication with the Higher Intelligence (God.) Since then I’ve come to my own conclusions and best practices when conversing with “Big Man” within. Here are my insights:
