How to get started
Craniosacral Therapy was developed from clinical experience. It is based on the work of Osteopath Dr. William Garner Sutherland in the early 1900s. He discovered intrinsic movement in the bones of the skull and later went on to demonstrate to his satisfaction that these movements are inextricably linked with mental, emotional and physical health, and that restrictions of these movements correspond to a reduction of the body's natural capacity to self-heal.
