I have glaucoma along with (photophobia) a visual processing disorder. So, I know the drill when it comes to living with a disability, and for me, I was labeled as being, "dumb." As such, I relied on being beautiful on the outside to feed my self-esteem and became Miss Norfolk Teen USA for a state pageant. It wasn't until I served as a youth missionary in Chennai, India working in a children's AIDS Clinic and in a Leprosy Colony, I discovered "perseverence." These individuals accepted everyday as being a gift. The smiles they wore could melt the coldest of hearts, and from them, I was introduced to "inner beauty."

After coming back home, I decided to build my inner beauty (my self-esteem) and get a college education; despite having a complicated disability. I started helping men and women to live a healthy lifestyle, which includes besides a nutritional diet, taking care of one's hair and skin. In other words, one's overall beauty.

According to Editors for the Bottomline Books, a possible natural vaccine is being overlooked. This possible natural cure involves bolstering one’s gut microbiome to avoid what is known as a cytokine storm. When one is exposed to COVID-19, the immune system goes into overdrive. The immune system fails to switch off and that leads to what is called an inflammatory or cytokine storm that can lead to the fatal shutdown of multiple organs. In fact, cytokine storms are thought to explain the devastating effects of the 1918 Spanish flu epidemic.r

Pumpkin seeds are a feel-good food, since it contains zinc, a critical mineral in the maze of reactions that build immunity against invaders such as viruses and cancer. Just 1 ounce of pumpkin seeds delivers 3 milligrams of zinc than you can get from 2 ounces of lean beef or 3 ounces of chicken breast. When one is feeling fatigued, try a mix of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. They make a crispy, crunchy addition to a power-packed trail mix, and their protein will keep you energized.

I know for a fact that I don’t feel good when I have a bladder infection. My grandmother always told my mother to drink plenty of cranberry juice to alleviate or to eliminate a bladder infection. According to my mother, her bladder infection would go away after consuming a pint of the stuff! The first bladder infection she had was after getting her first flu shot in her early twenties. Since that time, she had one more shot and the same thing occurred. So, for her no more flu vaccines, unless she wants to deal with a urinary tract infection.

Besides Vitamin D, as mention in part three, Biotin and the mineral Zinc, are needed by our body to convert nutrients into energy. It is essential to one’s daily body function. Biotin has a vital role in maintaining strong and healthy nails and hair. Exactly how biotin works is unclear. It’s been found to strengthen keratin, the building blocks of our skin, hair, and nails. Clinical studies have shown that biotin supplements can improve hair growth, and make brittle nails stronger.

One of the most popular techniques for producing the relaxation response is progressive relaxation. The technique is based on a very simple procedure of comparing tension with relaxation. Many people are not aware of the sensation of relaxation. As mentioned, some used (vitalized) hemp oil, such as my uncle, for anxiety issues and with great success. HEMP, is widely known for many benefits, besides stress. https://shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=1349117&u=2289972&m=87312&urllink=&afftrack=rnr

This article is about real mints, not the kind you suck on like peppermint candy or the kind you chew like spearmint candy. The real mints I’m writing about are the kind that grow in your garden, provide a different story. They stimulate digestion, encourage circulation and even knock out some of our most common infections. (When it comes to using essential oils, please be careful).
