Seminar producers who track their sales typically see a dramatic increase in their registrations in the days leading up to an event. Convincing busy, budget-conscious people to invest their time and money to attend your seminar can be a challenge. Cigarette smoking has an odd mind around it in society that I would like to address. If we look at why people are trying to quit then we understand that there is an addiction associated with the activity. It is not necessary for anyone to consume cigarettes in any larger quantities than coffee, alcohol or sweets for example. Most of these substances are consumed in moderation and there is no reason to be addicted to any substance. So if someone says cigarettes are 'bad' for you it is incorrect because so would be drinking a case of wine.

As I See It: learning from life lessons February 2010 As a teacher, I often play the role of life coach, mentor, friend and even therapist to many of my students. I have developed these skills through my years of photographing, painting, teaching and carefully observing life. In observing the drinking habits of the common person there is evidence in many about the loss of connectedness of the consciousness to the knowledge of the potency and origins of the beverage. A body does not process the beverage in the same manner as a person who knows what the symbol of the grape has been over thousands of years. How do you manage your fear while speaking in a large crowd? Many people asked the same question and I think they will also appreciate an easy and straight answer. Unfortunately, I have no easy and straight answer. I do not manage my fear while speaking in a large crowd. I am nervous but I do not fear anymore. It is normal to be nervous. But fear is something that we have learned… and something that we can unlearn.

A single most desolate land is the state of impoverished people sitting on street corners. I once passed such a crouched woman while working at a wealthy jeweler on a break and decided to pick up an extra coffee for that individual. On my way back the woman was no longer there and I learned from that experience about parallel quantum states that are created by two different observers. In the wealthy state of giving lived the purchaser and in the impoverished state of lack lived the street woman who had to leave the presence of the purchaser in order to stay in that state.

Where did insecurity, jealousy and competitiveness among women that is still seen either subtly or blatantly in society originate from? Here is a possible contributing factor: the sex trade and pornography industries. A male may purchase a woman who is all made up, with a gorgeous body for a sexual fantasy. How many would purchase her to give her an orgasm? How many prostitutes would desire to have one with a stranger yet be paid for the sex act? What is the sex trade there for? Mostly the male fantasy to be fulfilled.

Most people would like to help the environment and would also like to make a little extra money in their lives, but just might not know-how.
