I'm sure you think it's odd that I am encouraging you to Make Some Mistakes , but think about it – haven't you learned invaluable lessons from what you judged as "mistakes"? I have learned so much from the mistakes I have made in the past, that I no longer even call them "mistakes" – that sounds too negative to me. I…

It's Time to Shine! You've waited long enough, hiding your talents, putting a lid on your brilliance… It's time to shine so others will benefit from what you have to offer! This definitely scares many people -- Shining? Really? Isn't that dangerous? It's time for all of us to take the lid off our uniqueness and allow…
When I work with new clients, I’m always interested in why they have chosen to learn and use EFT. The answer is usually in the negative, “I’m very ill”, “I’m overweight”, “I procrastinate”, or “I don’t have enough money in my life”, etc. As a result of this, I changed one of the questions on my client intake form to read ‘What are your expectations of EFT?’ This ensures the client focuses on what she would like to accomplish rather than what is going wrong in her life. Sometimes it’s easier to give attention to what we don’t want in our lives, rather than what we do want.
What if you felt inspired to Simplify Your Life? I wonder how much abundance would flow into your life... Remember, when we want to activate or strengthen the positive results from Law of Attraction, it's all about our communication. And if we were committed to make a serious effort to simplify our lives today, our co…
If you have low self esteem, you’re probably obsessed with yourself. Which is just a backwards form of conceit. If you have low self-esteem, you think you’re special. No-one is as low as you. No-one is as undeserving as you. Everyone else in the world may be deserving of being treated well, of having good relationships, financial success, good health, spiritual connection, or whatever it is that you think you don’t deserve. Probably all of that.
Are you one of those people who is constantly doing things for others, while always putting yourself at the bottom of your own list of priorities? If so, it’s time to look at how you move yourself to the top of the list, where you belong. When you consistently put others ahead of yourself, putting all your energy into doing for them, by the time that you get to yourself, you’ve used up all your energy. There is a big difference between being selfish and recognizing that you are important too.
I wonder how much abundance would flow into your life... We often quit too soon, notice only what hurts, and miss the successes that are scattered throughout our day. I know it can get tough when we’ve had a bad day – when we’re frustrated, overwhelmed, stuck or disheartened. But what if we decided to Keep Looking … I…
Imagine how much abundance you would attract into your life if you started to Rehearse Your Success... When we start to act as if we have already succeeded, something special happens in our brains, our bodies, and in our energy systems. What happens? Our brain doesn't realize that we are just rehearsing, so it starts…

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is simply the quickest and most effective way to deal with doubts, obstacles, triggers, cravings, concerns, and emotions that most people who are quitting smoking have to deal with. Not only does EFT help make the transition to non-smoker easier, it better equips ex-smokers to deal with any stressful situations that may cause a relapse.nnEFT was founded by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, Ordained Minister and Personal Performance Coach. When we're willing to give up our \"drama\" our lives will change for the better and abundance will start flowing! Why? Because being embroiled in emotional drama interrupts the energetic signals about success and abundance you have been trying to communicate to the Universe! Yes, it's time to drop our drama. This \"i…
It's that time of year when it's easy to become overwhelmed by what needs to be accomplished. EFT not only enables us to feel more relaxed and in control very quickly (which inevitably leads to clarity), it can also be used as a preventative tool. If we anticipate what might happen, we can tap on those conce s ahead of time. For example, there are many reasons why Christmas is not a relaxing, joyful time for some people: family gatherings can become dreaded occassions; gift buying can be expensive and stressful, and with an abundance of food around, it is easy to overindulge.
When several clients in the same week talked to me about being impatient with the Universe, I thought it was time to write about this topic again to help all of us! Do you feel impatient with the Universe? Do you think you've done everything “right”, yet you still haven't attracted what you want? Have you been using t…
When was the last time you were quiet enough to really feel your pulse, to notice the rhythm of your body, and hear your heart's messages? For most of us, it's been a long time, much longer in fact than is good for us. And as a result of not being quiet enough to pay attention to our inner world, we lose touch with th…
"A growing body of evidence indicates that virtually every ill that can befall the body - from acne to arthritis, headaches to heart disease, cold sores to cancer - is influenced, for better or worse, by our emotions" Emrika Padus, Prevention MagazinennWe can see the effects of "negative" emotions on our bodies in countless ways: damaged immunity, impeded digestion, increased risk of heart disease, sleep disturbances, high blood pressure, water retention, anxiety, depression,

What if you felt inspired to Offer Your Best You? Imagine how much abundance would start to flow into your life! The first question to ask yourself is: \"What is your BEST you?\" What are your best qualities, your best attributes, who are you when you know you are at your best? I recommend that you write a list of you…
Forgiveness can be a contentious topic. When someone has wronged you, and you’re carrying a lot of hurt and anger at that person, others around you will tell you that you need to forgive. Forgiveness means different things to different people. To some, forgiving means absolving someone of guilt for something they have done. For many others, including myself, forgiveness does not mean that you’re saying that the person who hurt you is absolved of guilt. It means that you realize that in order to live your life, you need to emotionally let go of what may have been holding you back.
â"How does one become a butterfly?" she asked pensively. "You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar."⨠-(Trina Paulus) I love that quote! It speaks to our willingness to let go of old patterns and choose a new higher way of being. This is not an easy task since our negative patterns are so highly addictive. Why is that so? Why do we get so stuck in our dramas and misery? The answer may surprise you. A recent article, âAnatomy of a
I decided to write about this subject because every person has experienced this at one point in their life or another. I refer to this as the ultimate art of growing. Read on and you will learn why.
Positive affirmations are short, positive statements that you repeat to yourself everyday over a period of time. These affirmations may be not be exactly true at the moment you are saying them. But after repeating them to yourself after a period of time, your subconscious mind will begin to believe them, and as a result, your internal beliefs about reality will change. Your internal beliefs determine what your perception of reality is. When these internal beliefs change, you
I lived through a bad marriage…well, a terrible one…so I know all about being stuck in a relationship. I know what it’s like to be miserable every single day, and still stay. I know what it’s like to wish that you were anywhere except where you are. I know what it’s like to feel happy when your husband is gone, and sad when he gets back home. Looking back from where I am now, I’m amazed that I was able to endure that marriage for as long as I did, but I was scared of leaving.
The same principles apply to all areas of receiving, wheter it is love, money or fulfillment in work or lifestyle. There are many people who say "change your thinking, and change your life" and while that is true, EFT or Emotional Freedom Techniques makes change easier and faster than anything I have seen in thirty years of searching. I am always looking for ways to simplify Spiritual practices and Laws such as the Law of Attraction.
I have asked countless number of children “Is getting mad bad?” Very close to 100% answered yes. This has made me very curious as to the message we are presenting to children about anger. It has made me wonder how we adults express our anger and how that affects our children’s perspective that mad is bad. While talking to children about anger I speak to the important role anger plays in our lives. Anger lets us know that something is wrong. It is a signal that we are hurt, scared, or frustrated, our rights are being violated, or our needs are not being met.
EFT for Aches and PainsnnWhen people think of Emotional Freedom Technique, their first thought is releasing emotions stored in the body from traumasâwar, sexual, accident,âphobias, loss of a loved one, relationship issues, etc. But not nearly as many realize that EFT can be used for chronic and acute pain, including pain that has âa physical reason.â In this article Iâll discuss relieving both emotionally-based physical pain and just plain physical pain. nnA client
Time is my most valuable asset right now. I wish I had more of it and I've wasted too much of it (tap tap tap). So I have made an effort to just Cut to the Chase more often. It's still a challenge to me because so many projects need my attention, but I'm getting better at it, and attracting more abundance as a result.…
Emotional freedom means learning how to stay centered in a stressful, highly emotionally charged world. Since emotions such as fear, anger, and frustration are energies, you can potentially âcatchâ them from people without realizing it. If you tend to be an emotional sponge, itâs vital to know how to avoid taking on an individualâs negative emotions or the free-floating kind in crowds. Another twist is that chronic anxiety, depression, or stress can turn you into an e

Chronic pain is the body's way of informing us that it is not at peace; it is diseased. It is also a guaranteed way of getting our attention. An enormously effective, safe and non-intrusive way we can respond to pain is by applying Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). In fact, one of the much-publicised benefits of EFT is pain relief. As an EFT Practitioner, and Progressive Emotional Release (Pro-ER) Practitioner specialising in serious illness, I work with people experiencing chronic physical, emotional, or mental pain on a daily basis.

After a car accident, EFT can be an extremely useful tool to help anyone involved to overcome the physical and emotional effects of that trauma. I would urge people who have been in car accidents, whether recent or long past, to tap on acupuncture points while reviewing the images, physical sensations, any aches and pains you have, as well as all the thoughts and emotions that come to mind while tapping on the incident. First learn EFT, and if you are unduly upset about the incident get help from an EFT practitioner.
I don’t like to be corrected, not even if the correction comes from me! I laugh because just last week my offer to help was met with resistance and I couldn’t understand why. I walked into the kitchen to find my husband making breakfast. I noticed a couple of burnt pieces on the plate and instinctively turned the bacon over while saying “Let me help you with the bacon.” He quickly replied, “I just turned it over.” I felt like he didn’t want my help, but at the same time I also felt vested in the task of keeping the bacon from burning.
10 Tips to Brighten Your Life: Tip 2 - Change Your Life by Changing Your Thoughts by Lindsay Kenny, EFT Master www.LKcoaching.com Find the rest of this series at www.Powerof10s.com Note: This article presumes you have a working knowledge of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) If you do not, please visit the 'Free Stuff' page at http://www.LKcoaching.com for a tapping chart, instructions on tapping and to establish a foundation for this remarkable self-help tool Thoughts are arguably among the most powerful tools we possess to affect change in our lives.

This means that we nee…
Sometimes it’s hard to get a grasp on how large our world really is. This is how I look at it. We are all living someone else’s dream. We can take each and every moment and the things that we do in that moment and spread it throughout the world. Here are some examples: Let’s take for instance the most simplest of things such as walking, talking or clapping. Somewhere in the world at this very moment there is someone who cannot walk, talk or clap their hands. Their dream is to do that, in essence, you are living that persons dream.
Just imagine how much abundance would flow into your life! What I have experienced without fail is that when I am more generous with other people, I feel incredibly good, fabulous in fact! And when I'm more generous with myself, I feel better too. This may come as a surprise, but I'm not talking about being generous i…
People usually mean well. Although sometimes they’re just tired of putting up with someone else’s problem. And it’s not as if you’re not trying. You’d love to just get over it, after all. It’s no fun holding on to all this negative emotion. The good news is that it’s not because you have a weak character or there’s something wrong with you that you haven’t been able to get over it until now. Honestly though, it feels like it’s holding on to you, not the other way around, and there’s not a lot you can do about it. If you could, you would have done it already.
What exactly are "seeds"? Seeds come in the form of thoughts, beliefs, and even conversations that you are having with yourself and others. If you aren't enjoying the experiences that are showing up in your life, I highly recommend that you Plant the Right Seeds. I love knowing that we have incredible power over this…
We all want to be happy. However, if a woman pushes herself to emotional and mental exhaustion in order to reach “perfect” happiness, she could suffer from a condition she probably has never heard of: Missing Mother Syndrome. When Megan Meadows (not her real name) came to me, she just wanted to lose weight. “Look at me!” she shouted, pinching her thighs. “I am fat! I am ugly! I hate my body!” Well, there was some middle-age spread, but she certainly was a very nice looking woman. Where did all this self-hate come from?
The results of several research articles show that shame plays an important role in depression. I was prompted to examine the research when I noticed that many of my clients seeking help for depression also had feelings of shame. So I did a little informal survey of my own. I randomly pulled 71 client records. As part of my client intake process, I use a “Symptom Checklist” consisting of over 80 emotional, psychological and physical indications of distress. Included is a checkbox for “depression” and one for “feelings of shame”.
Have you ever met someone that seemed nice enough on the surface, but the two of you just didn’t make a connection? Or, perhaps the opposite is true. You met someone that was completely different from you and you felt an instant connection? Our reactions to others are based on many different aspects. We react to others based on our current mood and attitude, the time of day, the environment we are in and our past experiences. We respond to others based on their appearance, their body language and the sound of their voice.
It's practically impossible to go through life without being hurt by somebody. Most of us humans have a hard time letting go of such injuries and carry these scars of pain, resentment and anger with us for months, years, or even a lifetime. Forgiveness can be a difficult concept to understand. I often hear, "If I forgive her, then she got away with what they did".
Long before I was seriously ill, I often had a sense that I felt emotions more deeply and painfully than many of my friends and colleagues. Things seemed to roll off their backs, while I became greatly affected in some way by what I'd seen or heard. I easily picked up on how others were feeling, and their energies affected my own. I was forever conce ed about what the people around me were undergoing: had I said or done something to offend them, and what did that look they just gave me actually mean? It was important for me to put others' needs before my own.
EFT, also known as Meridian Tapping, is a very efficient and useful tool that is rapidly becoming well known in the self-help, psychological, and medical fields. The reason it is catching on is that... 1. It's easy to use and 2. It works I have been using EFT, specifically FasterEFT, for years on myself and on my clients and continue to coach people on how to use EFT Tapping in their day to day lives. One of the most fascinating uses of EFT that I have come across is for eliminating the emotional charge around limiting thought patterns or "beliefs".
Certainty is an Inner Game and You Can Win It! Why do you need to master inner certainty? Here's a few reasons: There's a lot of stuff going on in the world that's enough to freak you out. You're accustomed to looking around at the things you trust to be solid and stable to give you some semblance of security. You want to believe everything is going to be all right and that life as we know it is secure. 9/11 was the first big shake up. Though less top of mind, it's still heavy awareness of potential danger.
The idea of quickly releasing negative emotions by tapping is a new paradigm, only discovered decades ago. However it is based on 5000 years of Chinese acupuncture. And it works time after time as acupuncture does. With similarly surprisingly quick results. And unlike acupuncture, we can do EFT over the phone. =Try it on everything?rn=How is EFT is like psychological acupuncture?rn=How do Stress, Frustration, Grief, Fear, etc, affect the body? rn=What about negative events?rn=Do we forget the events?rn=And we use EFT for...BUT WHAT IF:rn=Will I see immediate results?r
Fathers can be physically or emotionally absent in their children’s lives for many reasons, and all of them hurt. Some of them are death, divorce, abandonment, prolonged work-related absences, or abuse. While the impact of a missing father on his grown-up daughter’s relationships with men has been discussed extensively, there is not that much information available about how this situation influences her professional life. (One source is Pamela Thomas in her book Fatherless Daughters.)
Our life struggles come in many forms. Some struggles may be regarding money, love, careers or about things we cannot fathom. Our life struggles know no age, race, and religion or where you are located in this vast world. The struggles that we endure in our lifetime might be a cakewalk to others. What is the bottom line? How do we survive our struggles? How do we escape the despair? It’s easy, look inside you!
Parents often teach their young children beliefs to protect them, however, those beliefs often get carried over into adult lives where they no longer are helpful. Recently, I worked with a woman, Laura, in her 30’s who had a hard time feeling comfortable in a group of strangers. Laura is a business woman and often had to meet with new clients. This issue was effecting her both personally and professionally. Her SUDS level was a 7. Initially, we tapped on the issue of shyness, which helped remove some of her discomfort- in essence, we cut off some of the branches of the tree.
1. Pretend to yawn – and welcome the real one that will inevitably follow ! (Not for use during corporate meetings…) 2. When working long hours on the computer, make sure you take a break at least every hour. Stand up, stretch, drink some water, yawn… Use a friendly timer if you tend to forget the time… 3. Take a quick walk outside to get some fresh air – and practice harbouring ONLY positive thoughts while you do ! 4. Place water bottles all over the place in strategic spots to help you remember to rehydrate regularly throughout the day 5.
Recently, I worked with a young man in his early 20’s who had just started a new job. Peter was very excited about his job- it was his first step in building a career for himself after graduating from college. He had been hired as an assistant manager for a retail chain and he could hardly contain his enthusiasm. The reaso Peter called me was, although, he loved his new job, he was having a hard time with the “managing” part.
Have you ever spent the day just running errands, picking up kids, making sure dinner is prepared, and getting little jr. to his baseball game? At the end of the day as you’re finally sitting down relaxing, have you wondered where the day went to? We as women try to squeeze in everything into one moment, one hour, and one day. There could never possibly be enough time to get done what needs to get done. And what about help? Well, most of us either do not have any, or not enough. Yes, we are the queens of multi-tasking! What an accomplishment! Ok, let’s fast forward our lives.
You ARE the most precious gift that the world can receive. From the moment you were born you were so loved. Your beautiful smile lit up your face. As you grew, I saw your curious mind lead you places. Your innocence was so refreshing in a world filled with hate. Your loving nature makes you so special and your laughter is great. Your heart is bigger than any forest and your compassion runs deeper than any ocean.
Do you often catch yourself saying and doing things just so that people will not be displeased with you? Do you feel afraid of angering people or making them dislike you for any reason? These people could be your colleagues, friends, family or even salespeople at a store. Unfortunately, you may not even realize you have this fear until it starts to rule your life.
If you are tired of the way things are going, if you have lost your job and are getting those rejection letters as fast as you are submitting your resume, this will help you along. What do you do to stay positive and focused? 1. Do you need more education for what you want to do or for what the job market calls for? 2. Are you mentally prepared for a job change? 3. If you left your former employer on bad terms make sure that you’ve dealt with all of the emotions due to your departure from that company.r
When we are struggling to overcome a chronic illness or chronic pain, our lives become very focused on what is wrong, and the steps we need to take in order to recover. Our lives may consist of appointments with doctors, specialists, therapists, and various practitioners. In fact, we may feel as though the life we once knew has vanished, or at the very most, been put on hold. Our conversations and our thoughts revolve around how we're going to make it through the next week, month or year and what we need to do in order to make it as smooth as possible.
Having just finished Eckhart Tolle’s, A New Earth, I am feeling exhilarated. Imagine! A New York Times best seller that describes and explains how and why the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) works! Obviously, that wasn’t the point of the book. I don’t know if Mr. Tolle is currently aware of the effectiveness of EFT and how it is transforming the lives of millions of people all over the world. I am quite sure, however, if he had been aware at the time of his writing, he would have instructed his readers in at least the basic technique.
Spiders. Roaches. Ants. Worms. Snakes. Lizards. If all the hair on the back of your neck is not standing up now, you’re probably in the minority. There just aren’t that many people who like creepy, crawly things. There are the insect collectors, and the snake lovers and people who just adore spiders, but for most of us, myself included, those critters are all pretty low on our list of favorite things. Although I don’t love creepy, crawly critters, I can honestly say that I’m not normally scared of them either. My daughtersnake is a snake love who kept a pet python for years.
Derron liked to play his Xbox as much as he could in between work and school. He competed with his friends and family as well as people online. His new game just came out and he just had to beat everyone’s score. He always had to have the highest score.
Usually when we think of clutter, we're referring to stuff seeping out of basements and closets and garages. We all have things we don't use anymore, whether it's clothes, toys, old gifts, knickknacks, and odds and ends. Most of the time our clutter ends up in piles and we forget what is buried unde eath. Once upon a time our stuff was valuable, but over the years it starts to accumulate and leaves no room for new things. Maybe you have a dress hanging in your closet that w
H has been suffering from depression for many years. She is incapable of having a job, suffering from panic attacks, stress-related eczemas, nightmares and general apathy (just to mention a few!) Medication has brought some relief, but she dislikes the way it tends to make her feel numb even to the good in her life... As a new year’s resolution for 2010, she agreed to try EFT and visualization exercises with me over the phone once a week. It has now been a month, and H has reported immediate peace of mind and raised energy levels during each session.
Anxiety is often the main reasons clients come to me and for good reason. It is probably the most common dis-order that people experience. Why? When we allow our thoughts around a particular subject to accumulate–that is, we allow our thoughts to fester and focus on something negative–those thoughts begin to affect our body, specifically the nervous system, and in turn this affects our behavior and ultimately our circumstances.
Often I hit my local walking trail with a specific goal in mind, something I want to release, understand or raise my vibration about. Last week I wanted to feel better about my thighs. Seems petty I know, and most of the time I’m okay with my body. It’s not perfect, but I do workout regularly and take good care of myself, but every once in a while I get crossways of my positive current and need to do a little focusing to bring things back into a feeling good place. This was definitely one of those times.
We can all agree that a good attitude means everything. A good attitude makes positive things happen. But what do you do on those days when everything just seems to go wrong? You can shift that energy from bad to good. Here are some useful tips to help you.
When we go through physical or mental pain, you have to allow yourself the time needed to heal. We don’t always allow ourselves the needed time to do so. Our body has its own mechanism that shuts off when we are in need of rest. We feel pain or we might get tired, that is our body saying “enough” time to rest and heal.
"Things do not change, we change." Henry David Thoreau Since we get what we think about, talk about, focus on, say to ourselves and believe about ourselves, we first need to become aware of what we are thinking and saying on a regular basis. Are you in the habit of putting yourself down? Are ...
This is part 2 of an 8 part blog series titled, “Become the Person Who Can Move Mountains.” This blog is about Visualization. The blogs in this series are: Self-Esteem, Visualization, Knowledge, Patience, Understanding, Giving Back, Love, and Faith & Fear.
Oh, that magical word, Christmas. It is such a wonderful occasion that is anticipated all year long. I sit here and look at my newly decorated Christmas tree. It has a ton of lights on it, and all kinds of colorful ornaments and a huge Santa Clause tree shirt that my grandson picked out. There are no presents under the Christmas tree, and yet, there is such a simplicity to just having a decorated Christmas tree.
A potential new client sent me an email the other day. One of the things she said really struck me. She said that before she'd heard about me she was just "killing time til she died." I guess the reason it hit me so hard is that is exactly what my mother did. Myrnmother was a bitter, unhappy woman for most of her life. For the last ten years of her life, she was practically a recluse. She would get up at six inrnthe morning and drink coffee, smoke cigarettes and play Solitaire until 2:00rnpm. Then it was happy hour. The coffee pot would be put away and she would drinkr
When I was first introduced to EFT at the beginning of 2004, I was desperate to alleviate the intense and chronic pai I was experiencing as a result of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). In particular, pain in my knee joints, thighs and neck, as well as the evening headaches which verged on migraines. One of the many symptoms of the illness is acute muscular pain and there were days when the pain was immeasurable.
Here’s a great story I wanted to pass along to share how I was able to save an acquaintance $500 with 20 minutes of EFT! I was visiting “Nancy’s” shop one day and she was complaining to me about the stress in her life. She was recently married, her former boss was suing her for a non-compete and she had just opened up her own shop. As a result of all of this stress, she was grinding her teeth. Her dentist informed her it would cost $500 to buy the necessary “bite guard” to protect her teeth from future grinding.
Can we survive the learning curve of becoming aware, awakened to our truth, to our power and excel at doing so? I would say there is no question that we are on our way to being just that; Speeding up the process is available to us. Tools have been set in place to allow us the options of getting over feeling deprived, unloved, afraid, exhausted, overwhelmed, or in emotional pain now.
My speciality with EFT is helping people overcome emotional and physical stress related issues. I helped “Jane” with her food cravings and start her on the road to success with healthy diet to lose her additional 20 pounds. “Jane” worked two jobs and had a weakness for potato chips which were easily available at the snack bar near her desk at her evening part time job. She also had chips every day at lunch. This was the major contribution to her weight gain.
They say that the first six years of a child’s life are the most important for learning. Children can learn different languages, and so many other things. It makes you wonder if it’s exposure to different situations or if a parent is just drilling them and turning them into little sponges. Personally, I think that it has to do with their natural curiosity. Children are curious about everything. They ask a million questions so that they can get a better understanding of how things actually work.
We live in changing times, but we still have vestiges of a primarily male dominated sexual world. Many women feel ashamed or embarrassed by their sexual desires. Sex in the West has been defined primarily from a man’s perspective. Women have had to fight for themselves to be able to freely express their sexual desires without being the object of sco and innuendo. Some might try to deny that this fact exists but there is solid history that supports this. Until 1952 there was a condition treated in women throughout Europe and the U.S. diagnosed by male physicians.
Time is such an odd subject to talk about. We’re either trying to speed it up, slow it down, or just plain stop it. Sometimes it could be that fraction of a micro second between life and death, or hope and despair. Let’s look at the phrase “Time awaits no one.” You can actually sum up this whole blog on that true statement. Of course time awaits no one, time doesn’t stand still. With that being said, let’s further look into the reason we want time to stop. We want to treasure that moment, for a few more…moments, hours, days…forever.
Here it is 2012, for years many have questioned our mere existence after this year. The world is changing, for the better, but some still don’t see it. It is not the end of the world, but the end of our old way of thinking. It is a time of renewal. This means renewal of our souls, it is a time of growth and compassion.
The holidays are such special occasions. Many people do not celebrate the holidays due to the loss of a loved one. Life is meant to be enjoyed and you can be at peace with the loss of a loved one. You can go visit my gravesite, but I’m not there. My spirit lives on, everywhere. I can see everything that you’re going through and I wish I could just hold you. Just know that each and every day I walk along side of you.
No matter how sweetly it is packaged, criticism hurts. What comes to mind when you think about your immune system? Do you think about an army of special cells, proteins, tissues, and organs ready to go to battle to defend you from organisms and substances that invade your system and cause disease?
